days usually average in the 80’s and 90’s. Winter days will sometimes
drop below 30° but average in the 40-50°’s.
Concho is in the cedars chaparral area of the White Mountains which
means the rainfall and snowfall are less than the tall pines areas
(Flagstaff, Show Low) but more than the low desert areas (Phoenix,
Tuscon). A normal winter snowfall day in Concho usually is just enough

The
great weather added together with a variety of affordable properties
and a small town atmosphere equals an outstanding place for a seasonal
getaway home.
The land in and around Concho ranges from flat to gently rolling hills - good for walking and biking year-round. The water and soil quality is excellent for gardens and landscaping. For those who are more energetic, there is plenty of public land easily accessible for golfing, hiking, horseback riding, rock hunting and wildlife viewing.
