Water service
Water utility service is provided by Livco to residents
and businesses in Concho Valley in Units 1*, 1B, 3* (north), 4, 4A, 5, 5A,
5B, 9, 9A and 33. Water service will also be available to the new Country
Club Villas and Concho West Shore subdivisions. Water utility service

Please
contact Livco at least 3 business days prior to requested start date.
New service will only be scheduled Monday through Friday. Deposit and service application must be completed
before service is started.
For residences: $25 establishment fee plus $50 to $65 refundable deposit.
New
service requiring meter installation:
Please
contact Livco at least 14 days prior to requested installation date. Cost for ¾” line service (normal for homes) is $500 which needs
to be paid in advance plus establishment fee and deposit. Please contact Livco for larger sizes of meters
or for business installations. All fees and the service application must be
completed before service is started.
Sewer service
Sewer utility service is provided by Livco to residents
and businesses in Concho Valley in 1B, 5A, 5B, 9, 9A, Country Club Villas
and Concho West Shore subdivisions.
New
sewer service requests:
$40
refundable deposit is required plus an establishment fee of $25.00
An establishment fee of $25 plus a refundable deposit of the 2.5 times the
monthly sewer rate
For
new sewer connection:
Customer
is responsible for all costs to connect to existing main sewer line and to
adhering to all county code requirements.
A Livco representative must be on site when customer connects to the
main sewer line. Please give Livco
at least 5 business days notice before the line is connected. The connection
must be scheduled on a Monday through Friday. All sewer customers are required
to install a backflow prevention device between the main sewer line and
their building. It is highly recommended to use a licensed
contractor to install and connect the sewer hookup. A deposit and an establishment fee are required before service is
connected.
